The Dynasty Euro Top model offers additional high density firm foam to the top of the mattress. Like the plush model the top plush quilted panel gives this mattress a comfortable plush sleep surface. Immediately under that is a wonderful high density 2” piece of firm polyurethane foam. Of the three this model’s firmness is between the firm and plush. It has a high density firm foam encasement all around the perimeter of the mattress. This mattress is constructed to be one-sided.
